Internet, broadband and next-generation information and telecommunications are the pillars upon which Europe will be built. We must make the right decisions today in order to create a future-oriented Europe. All nations carry the same responsibility to take up the torch and take the next step, so that we build up the region and make it compelling now and in the future. We need strong decision makers to set targets and to stand by them even in difficult times.
